(this would be one of the higher costs because an apartment  is cheaper)&lt;br /&gt;-Technology to produce energy-&lt;br /&gt;-Appropiate electronic devices.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The house should:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Be oriented to  the sun&lt;br /&gt;-Be isolated, to retain heat in winter and cool in summer&lt;br /&gt;-Have  double glazed windows to insulate the cold and also the sound&lt;br /&gt;-Use of a  passive solar energy system:&lt;br /&gt;- Thermal Mass:&lt;br /&gt;For the heat-storage would  be desirable to orient the house or building accumulators &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;walls&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;, where the sun warms the walls during the day  and release heat during the night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;House's Systems to obtain the energy  would be:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-To have photovoltaic solar panels to obtain  energy of the sun, specially if you live in a place where the sun is very  frequent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-Having 2 or 3 wind turbines, to take advantage  of the wind energy during windy and storm times in which the house cannot take  advantage of the solar power. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-In the garage, to have large batteries which  can store enough energy for the days where the consumption be excessive or days  in which be not obtained barely energy.these batteries are charged with the  surplus of produced electricity.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-If you want to earn extra money, you can also  sell your surplus electricity to the power company &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-The ways to obtain energy change depending on  the site where the house is; If you are in a place with many hours of sunlight ,  it enhances the solar energy, and if sunshine hours are not enough, we would  enhance way to obtain energy investing in more wind turbines. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-Another possible way to obtain energy is  through the hydrogen, making ourselves with electrolysis and then generating  energy with a fuel cell, something more complex that I would not recommend  whether other forms of energy are not sufficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-The solar-generated electricity is not  constantly on sunny days where the electricity pass through a control box and  this would organize the electricity, sending the remainder electricity that is  not used, to the batteries in the garage; the same thing with the wind turbines,  which in days of Strong winds can supply over the house.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Systems for saving and consumption of  water:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-To have a thermal solar panel to heat the water which you take a  shower with or to be used for heating, although to save, if you do not live in a  very cold weather, I would not put heating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;-These thermal sola panels could be made with  vacuum tubes which are innovative and have a higher &lt;/span&gt;efficiency&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt; (heat pipe solar)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-To have a collector  of rainwater on the roof , to carry out the water the water to a container of  water in the garage, and then a pump to carry water anywhere in the house, also  with a filter to clean water.&lt;br /&gt;-To have in the toilets a &lt;a href="http://gadnew.blogspot.com/2009/05/un-concepto-para-reutilizar-el-agua-del.html" target="_blank"&gt;closed circuit water&lt;/a&gt; which consists in reusing the used water  for washing hands in the toilet, thus to save water.&lt;br /&gt;-To have a dehumidifiers  to collect water from moisture, in time of drought when water is scarce.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Operation &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The system is made by following these  steps: polishing, biological oxidation and decanting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grinding: The  thick solid drag water are intercepted by a grate at the entrance of the  equipment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biological Oxidation: In the biological reactor is the  biological decomposition of organic matter by the provision of air and the  generation of aerobic microorganisms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Decanting: The sludge from the  decomposition of organic matter are reassured, deposited inside the vessel from  which they are recirculated back to the biological reactor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Talking about electrodomestics and  lighting:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-The home must be installed with low-consume lighting (LED  lamps or the lightbulbs of low consumption) The difference is big.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LED  lamps:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are very expensive&lt;br /&gt;Its consumption is the lowest of all&lt;br /&gt;Have a very long life (10 years or more)&lt;br /&gt;Its light does not remove  heat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For Example:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LED lamps:&lt;br /&gt;Consumes-6W&lt;br /&gt;Lighting-equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb&lt;br /&gt;The savings are  significant saving 54W&lt;br /&gt;Its price would be of 35 € the LEDlamps  and 0,60  cents the incandescent bulbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The issue is that we need to save in  watts, so we we could get it better with LED lamps; Now, the difference in  consumption in a house with 30 bulbs:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-30 common Bulblight 80W___2400W&lt;br /&gt;-30 Equivalent LED lamps (8W) ___240W&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, talking about the  electronic devices:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All-electric devices should have efficiency A or A +&lt;br /&gt;Avoid some devices like the clothing-dryer and to use the sun to dry  clothes.&lt;br /&gt;There are also solar kitchens, but its performance is low.Since we  are seeking a house to live all the life there, we could put a common  kitchen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now let's talk about extras:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- To Put solar  lights in the garden, which are loaded during the day and are lit at night.&lt;br /&gt;-If we luckly have an electric car, it should be charged with a photovoltaic  solar panel exclusively.&lt;br /&gt;-To make an eco-garden in which be planted  vegetables or fruits, as it can be a hobby for us it can also helps to generate  food.&lt;br /&gt;In that garden, the system is drip irrigation, a system which saves a  lot of water, and this would be a small container to store rainwater.&lt;br /&gt;-In  order to get that the construction of the house was as ecological as possible,  you could make some things such as: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;Ask for the distributors of wind turbines  and solar panels to fabricate their products with recycled materials and asked  to be transported by train (for me one of the more environmentally friendly  transportation currently trading) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;Some materials of the house that can be  recycled to the house (all the possible) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; color: rgb(0, 51, 0);" align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Nimbus Sans L, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The cost of the house would be  extremely expensive, especially for solar panels, which are currently very  expensive. This is about doing an investment for the long term although if you  are very good at DIY you could make your own photovoltaic panels, there is a  tutorial where you teach:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br would be to show it in different ways, in order that the whole world  know that you can build a clean and generous house with the environment, while  saving money on power and water.The idea, clearly would be completely free and  could be modified adding a lot of other things according to the style of house  you want, specially in the ways to obtaing energy although they be align="left"&gt;Actualmente el consumo electrico de nuestros hogares es demasiado alto y hay que buscar soluciones para reducir el gasto de energia y por lo tanto las emisiones de CO2 producidas por las compañias electricas al producir energía no renovable,por eso,mi proyecto es el de hacer una idea de una casa autosuficiente de la cual crear nuestra propia energía limpia y renovable y la de gastar agua de la lluvia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para ello sería necesario:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Una casa unifamiliar,de 3 o 4 dormitorios,2 aseos,garaje..(este sería uno de los gastos mayores,ya que un piso es mas barato)&lt;br /&gt;-Tecnologias para producir energía&lt;br /&gt;-Electrodomesticos adecuados&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La casa debería :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Estar orientada hacia el sol&lt;br /&gt;-Estar aïslada,para retener el calor en invierno y la frescor en verano&lt;br /&gt;-Tener ventanas de doble cristal para aïslar del frío y tambien el sonido&lt;br /&gt;-Utilizar un sistema pasivo de la energía solar:&lt;br /&gt;  - Masa termica:&lt;br /&gt;    -Para almacenamiento del calor sería aconsejable orientar bien la casa y construir paredes acumuladoras,donde el sol calienta las paredes durante el día y desprienden calor durante la noche.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sus sistemas para obtener energía serían:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Tener placas solares fotovoltaicas para obtener energía del sol,sobretodo si vives en un lugar donde el sol es muy frecuente.&lt;br /&gt;-Tener 2 o 3 aerogeneradores,aprovechar la energía eolica para cuando hace viento y sobretodo cuando hay tormenta y no se puede aprovechar la energía solar.&lt;br /&gt;-En el sotano,tener baterías grandes donde se pueda almacenar suficiente energía para los días donde el consumo sea excesivo o días en los cuales no se obtenga apenas energía.Estas baterías se iran cargando por el excedente de electricidad que se produzca.&lt;br /&gt;-Si quieres ganar un dinero extra,tambien puedes vender tu electricidad sobrante a la compañía electrica. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;-Las formas de obtener energía cambian según en el sitio en el cual esté la casa,si se encuentra en un lugar con muchas horas de sol potenciaremos la energía solar,y si las horas de sol no abundan potenciaremos la forma de obtener energía inviertiendo en mas aerogeneradores&lt;br /&gt;-Otra posible forma de obtener energía sería mediante el hidrogeno,fabricandolo nosotros mismos con la electrolisis y luego generando energía con una celula de combustible,algo mas complejo que no recomendaría si las otras formas de energía nos son suficientes.&lt;br /&gt;-Las placas solares no generarían electricidad constante en dias de sol donde la electricidad pasaría por una caja de control,y esta organizaría la electricidad,enviando la restante que no utilizamos a las baterías en el sotano.Lo mismo con los aerogeneradores,que en días de vientos fuertes puede abastecer de sobra la casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sistemas para el ahorro y consumo del agua:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Tener una placa solar termica para calentar el agua en la cual te duchas o para la calefacción,aunque para ahorrar,si no vives en un clima demasiado frío,no pondría calefacción.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;    -Estas placas solares termicas podrían ser de tubos de vacío,ya que son las mas  novedosas y tienen un mayor rendimiento(&lt;em&gt;heat pipe solar&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Tener un recolector de agua de la lluvia en el tejado,para cuando llueva,llevar esa agua a un contenedor de agua en el sotano,y de allí una bomba para llevar el agua cualquier rincon,tambíen un filtro para limpiar el agua.&lt;br /&gt;-En los aseos tener &lt;a href="http://gadnew.blogspot.com/2009/05/un-concepto-para-reutilizar-el-agua-del.html"&gt;circuitos cerrados de agua&lt;/a&gt;,consiste en reutilizar el agua usada para lavarte las manos en el inodoro,así ahorrar agua.&lt;br /&gt;-Tener un deshumificador para recoger el agua de la humedad,en tiempo de sequía cuando el agua es escasa.&lt;br /&gt;-Colocar difusores en todos los grifos para ahorrar agua,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;-Hablemos de las aguas septicas y residuales,existen &lt;a href="http://depuradoras.es/b2c/index.php?page=pp_producto.php&amp;amp;md=0&amp;amp;codp=1487"&gt;equipos de tratamiento &lt;/a&gt;de aguas que no son excesivamente grandes,estos equipos estan formados por: 1 deposito de 250 l,1 electrobomba,distintos filtros y un grupo de desinfeccion por rayos UV.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;" class="bold12azul"&gt;Funcionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="bold12azul"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;El sistema se realiza siguiendo  las siguientes etapas: desbaste, oxidación biológica y decantación.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="verdana11grisoscuroBOLD"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Desbaste&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; Los sólidos gruesos que arrastra  el agua son interceptados por una reja a la entrada del equipo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="verdana11grisoscuroBOLD"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Oxidación Biológica&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; En el reactor  biológico tiene lugar la descomposición biológica de la materia orgánica gracias  a la aportación de aire y a la generación de microorganismos aerobios.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="verdana11grisoscuroBOLD"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Decantación&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; Los lodos resultantes de  la descomposición de la materia orgánica son tranquilizados, depositándose en el  interior del decantador desde el cual son recirculados de nuevo al reactor  biológico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hablemos de elctrodomesticos e iluminación:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-La casa debe estar instalada con una iluminación que consume muy poco,con eso,me refiero a las bombillas LED o las bombillas de bajo consumo.La diferencia es grande.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bombillas LED:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Son muy caras&lt;br /&gt;-Su consumo es el menor de todos&lt;br /&gt;-Tienen una vida muy larga (10 años o mas)&lt;br /&gt;-Su luz no desprende calor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ejemplo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bombilla LED:&lt;br /&gt;-Consumo 6W&lt;br /&gt;-Iluminación equivalente a una bombilla incandescente de 60W&lt;br /&gt;-El ahorro es significativo 54W de ahorro&lt;br /&gt;-Su precio sería de 35€ el LED y 60centimos una bombilla incandescente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La cuestión es que necesitamos ahorrar en Watios,así que nos iriía de maravilla con bombillas LED,voy a poner la diferencia de consumo en una casa con 30 bombillas:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-30 Bombillas normales 80W___2400W&lt;br /&gt;-30 Bombillas LED equivalentes(8W)___240W&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hablemos ahora de elctrodomesticos:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Todos los electrodomesticos deberían de ser de eficiencia A o A+&lt;br /&gt;-Suprimir algunos como la secadora y utilizar el sol para secar la ropa.&lt;br /&gt;-Tambien existen cocinas solares,pero su rendimiento es bajo.Ya que buscamos una casa para vivir toda la vida,pondremos una normal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ahora hablemos de extras:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Poner luzes solares en el jardín,que se cargan durante el día y se encienden por la noche.&lt;br /&gt;-Si tenemos por suerte un coche electrico,poerlo a cargar en una placa solar fotovoltaíca exclusiva.&lt;br /&gt;-Hacer un huerto ecológico en el cual plantar hortalizas o frutas,un pasatiempo para nosotros que tambien nos generaría comida.&lt;br /&gt;-En ese huerto,el sistema de regado sería por goteo,un sistema en el cual se ahorra mucha agua,y para ello contaríamos con un pequeño contenedor donde almacenar el agua pluvial.&lt;br /&gt;-Para que la construccion de la casa fuera lo mas ecologica posible podría hacer distintas cosas,como:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pedir a los distribuidores de los aerogeneradores y placas solares que fabricaran sus productos con materiales reciclados y pediría que fuera transportado en tren(para mí uno de los transportes de comercio mas ecologicos actualmente)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Algunos materiales de la casa que sean reciclados(los posibles)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El costo de la casa sería extremadamente caro,sobretodo por las placas solares,que actualmente son carísimas.Es cuestion de hacer una inversión grande a largo plazo,aunque si eres muy bueno en bricolaje podrías hacerte tus porpias placas distintas maneras,para que todo el mundo sepa que se puede crear una casa limpia y generosa con el medio ambiente,a la vez que ahorradora,con lo que te podrías ahorrar dinero en la electricidad y agua.La idea,claramente sería totalmente libre y se podría modificar añadiendo muchas mas cosas segun el estilo de casa que quieran formar,con eso me refiero a las formas de obtener energía aunque
